Delete Account & Data

This page explains how you can delete your Sudoku Rethink account and any synced cloud data.

Applies to: signed-in users (Cloud Sync / account)
Important: If you never sign in, we do not collect or store your account data on our servers. The app does not upload personal data without sign-in.

Option 1: Delete in the App

You can delete your account and cloud-synced data directly inside the app:

Note: If you cannot sign in, you won’t see the delete option in-app because we need to verify you own the account. Use Option 2 below.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email.

Send an email from your account email

Copy/paste:

Subject: Delete my Sudoku Rethink account
Body:
Hello, I would like to delete my Sudoku Rethink account and all synced data associated with this email address: your@email.com.

Tip: If you email us from a different address, we may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data.
