Delete Account & Data
This page explains how you can delete your Sudoku Rethink account and any synced cloud data.
Applies to: signed-in users (Cloud Sync / account)
Important: If you never sign in, we do not collect or store your account data on our servers.
The app does not upload personal data without sign-in.
Option 1: Delete in the App
You can delete your account and cloud-synced data directly inside the app:
Steps
- Open the app and go to Edit Profile or Create New Profile.
- Sign in using the same credential you used when you originally created your account (e.g., Google, Apple, etc.).
- After signing in, tap Sign Out.
- In the confirmation pop-up, select Delete Account.
Note: If you cannot sign in, you won’t see the delete option in-app because we need to verify you own the account.
Use Option 2 below.
What gets deleted
- Your cloud profile (account identifier used for sync)
- Your synced gameplay progress stored on our servers
- Leaderboard-related account data (if applicable)
What may remain
- Basic, non-personal diagnostic logs (e.g., crash/ANR records) may be retained for up to 12 months as described in our Privacy Policy.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email.
Send an email from your account email
- Send your request from the same email address you used to create/sign in to the account.
- Include a short message asking for deletion (example below).

Hello, I would like to delete my Sudoku Rethink account and all synced data associated with this email address:

Tip: If you email us from a different address, we may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data.
